Earth Zone Properties is an independent, non-franchise real estate agency and sectional title management firm based in Strubens Valley, Roodepoort, trading since 2005. We generate enquiries for residential property sales and rentals across the West Rand, and we run an equally established sectional title and HOA management practice, dual expertise most competitors do not offer under one roof.

Vickie Strauss Louw, Principal & Director
Vickie founded Earth Zone Properties in 2005 and leads the agency hands-on. She is a recipient of the FNB Business Woman of the Year Award and is NAMA-certified in accounts and portfolio management, credentials she brings directly to every sectional title scheme the agency manages.
